Mecca Bingo Tries Telemarketing
Thursday, December 20th, 2007It seems that Mecca Bingo are in the news daily, what with all the difficult they have been experiencing with share prices and profit losses, threats of hostile takeovers and selling shares to try to manage their business and stay out of trouble.
In an effort to keep the wolf from the door, they have decided to try the telemarketing route in an attempt to attract new customers are well as to revitalise older members interest in returning to play bingo at their UK land based bingo outlets.
Quire is the Intelligent Voice Messaging company are the company who has been chosen to drive this process with the assistance of Mecca Bingo’s already existing database of 80,000 names.
The manager of Mecca Bingo, Tim Dalton says that Quire have provided an excellent service so far and that this exercise should give a boost to the dropping numbers of the embattled bingo operators.
I hope that this will provide the boost for them to turnaround their performance, it would be a terrible shame if the bingo group were to collapse as they really have pulled together hard to make things change for themselves, and I think it is about time they got a break!
